Every order is processed within 1–3 business days and ships from our US fulfillment partner. Once it leaves the warehouse, most orders arrive in 5–8 business days.
• Free US shipping on orders over $50 • Standard US shipping: flat $4.95 • You'll get a tracking link the moment your order ships — no "where's my stuff?" guessing games
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We offer a 30-day return window from the day your order arrives. If something isn't right, here's the deal:
• Unopened, unused items in original packaging: full refund, no questions • Beauty tools: for hygiene reasons, we can only accept tools that are unused and in original packaging — please don't test on your face first, test the vibe first • Jewelry: unworn, please. Tarnish from wear isn't a defect (though our pieces are tarnish-resistant — we still don't recommend sleeping in them) • Damaged or defective items: email us a photo within 30 days and we'll send a replacement or refund, your choice — you don't even need to ship it back
